Kristin Schmidt, VP of Operations
Kristin Schmidt is the VP of Operations at Ivory Commercial and oversees all multifamily properties within ICO, including Utah's 18 premier apartment communities, 4 regional managers, and support staff. With over 25 years of experience in property management in the Utah and California multifamily markets, she currently serves on the Rental Housing Association Board and membership committee.
