We are honored to welcome David Elkington as the keynote speaker for the second B.O.S.S. Networking Luncheon.

David Elkington is a leading AI industry expert. He is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of Atonom, where he is building the Autonomous Organization — a new operating model where humans and Cloud Employees work side by side to help companies grow without adding headcount. He is also the Founder and CEO of Elkington Electric, building the e1: a conviction-driven effort to rethink electric transportation from first principles, with a focus on simplicity, durability, and real-world utility.

Previously, Dave founded InsideSales, helping reshape the sales industry by applying data and science to how companies grow revenue. Under his leadership, the company raised nearly $400M from partners including Salesforce and Microsoft and grew to more than 1,000 employees. A key leader in Utah's tech community, Dave also co-founded Silicon Slopes to help build the Utah startup ecosystem — connecting founders, operators, investors, and institutions around a shared vision for Utah's long-term technology future.

Dave holds a BA in Philosophy from Brigham Young University, with minors spanning Business, History, Japanese, and Hebrew. A Utah native and father of two, he divides his time between building companies and exploring the mountains by foot, ski, and rock.
