Kris Cappaert-Primosic is the owner-operator of the iconic heritage brand restaurant Blue Iguana. Under her leadership, and for nearly 30 years, she and her long-term staff have won eleven Best of State awards in the coveted “Most Authentic Mexican” category. Kris is extremely proud to have retained multiple staff members for over twenty years. Her greatest satisfaction lies in serving the highest-quality Mexican food — always made from scratch — and craft cocktails. Constant refinement and a relentless appetite for perfection continue to yield strong revenue for Blue Iguana.
